The aromas of Flavorix enhance the natural flavor of the fruit, empowering them making them resistant to the baking temperature necessary for the production of these products.

Besides the classic flavors of jams and preserves such as apricot, peach, strawberry, blackberry, blueberry, bitter orange, plum and berries, we offer more exotic flavors such as pineapple, mango, kiwi and grapefruit, all flavors fruit and flavors specifically designed for the manufacture of these products citrus.

Within our preservatives we highlight the acidifiers, citric acid and tartaric acid, both of them natural acidifying whose function is to improve the acidity of the food and is allowed in the manufacture of jams.
